This traditional style hard cider is crafted with a winning combination of fresh citrus lime and warm floral notes of elderflower, intermingled with crisp, fruity apple. Our cider varieties have been meticulously formulated using only the freshest and best quality fruit. We go to great lengths to ensure our packaging procedures preserve the natural flavor of the fruit, giving you a cider that is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer's day or enjoyed around a campfire on a cold evening.

Each kit will finish sweet, dry or off-dry, depending on your preference. For a dry cider, do not add the sweetener sachet. For an off-dry profile, add half the sweetener sachet. To enjoy a sweeter cider, add the full sweetener sachet.

To brew great cider at home, you'll need 1 kg of dextrose or sugar, which can be purchased locally or from us. Alternatively, other sugars like brown sugar can be used. Note that 2 lbs of dextrose is required for proper fermentation.
